I wanted to share with you some of the great little finds I found while browsing online. I've been wanting to update my interior and do it cheap this time. One easy way of updating or refreshing your room is buying some cheap items that stand out and rearrange them to fit the other items you already have.
Top Buys for your Home
There is rule to that: Don't overdue it! So here is the tip of the day A general rule I try to live buy, yes try, it's not always easy, actually it is very hard. If your room is already decorated and you want to change the look, for every item you bring in, one of the old items must go. I know it's hard. I literally struggle with this every time I buy something, but I'd rather have fewer decoration items rather than a cluttered home with decor that does not go together at all.
So here is whats on my wishlist! Let me know what you think!
Clear Glass Vase with writing - $7.95
Green Glass Vase - $4.95
Small wooden box - !12.95
Throw with Metallic Finish - $59.95
All the items above is found at www.hm.com/us.

Spring Feeling
How to make your patio ready for summer!

Its finally spring and my fingers are itching to make my house feel like spring. I am not sure if my house can ever feel like spring, but when the sun is shining and the temperature is rising its time to be outside, I mean your change from winter clothes to spring clothes, so why not change your patio from winter to spring. Sooo, it is time to make your patio feel like spring!
The first thing is to clean, bring out your patio furniture and clean it so its dust and cobweb free. If you are in the market for some new outdoor furniture there are several places where they have affordable and gorgeous. When your clean furniture is in place make sure to add fluffy pillows, blankets and furs. This will definitely make your patio homey and ready to be used after a long winter.

HOW TO PACK YOU PICNIC BASKET:

What would be better than a little outing on an weekday evening or on the weekend like a picnic? To be honest it is not something I do too often, but just the thought of it when its spring, the weather is starting to heat up and longer evenings makes me want to plan one right away. Not to mention it is the perfect outing for a low budget. Perfect! This will be fun, I know it:)
Well, if you are warming up to the thought but think it is a lot of work, don’t worry. Here is a little help to make you not forget what makes picnic a picnic.
What not to forget:
You will probably need a place to sit, so either bring your favorite blanket or even a couple chairs might not be a bad idea. Personally I prefer sitting on the ground so I am going bring a couple of blankets, one for the ground and one for when it starts getting chilly to keep warm. If you are in need of a blanket ikea has a lot of them for pretty cheap.
What do you want to eat when you are on a picnic, this is totally up to preference of course, there is so much to choose from but the classic is cheese, bread and wine. It is the classic for a reason. The options are endless, pack your favorite sandwich and chips for your daytime picnic or maybe you just want to snack so salsa or hummus are great options. And don’t forget your favorite beverage!
What to pack in? Well you can even do a backpack or something you have handy. I might go to World Market and buy this picnic basket because it is gorgeous and would serve well carrying my food.

No matter where or when you want to have a little picnic if you are in good company it will be a success, and the best thing is that everyone can bring their own basket full of goodies, so in other words great company and great food is the recipe to a great time. So remember, a place to sit, your favorite food and remember to invite your friends!
Let me know if you are planning an event and please email me a photo of your outing. Have fun! Xo Abella
